What to do in Den Bosch -St. John's Cathedral

St. John's Cathedral is one of the most beautiful churches in the Netherlands. Inspiring and impressive at the same time, which definitely makes you experience a moment of peace in the vivacious Den Bosch.

The high gothic building is situated in the middle of a square with trees and according to tradition the statue of the Sweet Mother (Mary) would leave the church in case of a plague and would heal the sick wherever she passed.

The route she took is still an inspiration during the procession that brings the statue to the St. John's Cathedral. Also the choir is worth paying a visit if you happen to be in Den Bosch on Sunday during your trip.
