The Nederlands Stripmuseum (Dutch Comic Museum) in Groningen was opened in 2004 and welcomes everybody who loves comics, young and old. From the adventures of Donald Duck to unique Japanese comic styles are exhibited, even to the point of looking over the shoulder of a real comic artist at work.
The temporary exhibitions zoom in on the works of a specific artist or stream of works which ensures that you’ll explore something new upon every visit of the museum.
The great thing about the Nederlands Stripmuseum is that, while you enjoy glancing through classic comics, your kids learn how to make a comic face. You have your fun, your kids theirs.
